East Lake Tower was a complete renovation of 149 apartment units totaling 113,040 square feet. In addition to the residential units, the project included common areas, a theater, and a fitness center. The existing electrical service was replaced with a new 4,000-amp main switchgear and all new downstream distribution. All low-voltage systems were replaced in their entirety, including a new fire alarm system, distributed antenna system, telephone/data network, cable TV, and nurse call/code blue system.
