Hightower Manor is a 129-unit residential complex that underwent a full renovation of the existing building. The building was completely rewired, including the main electrical service, which posed challenges due to the location of the utility transformer and existing gas and water service lines. The fire alarm, security, nurse call, telephone/data, lightning protection, and distributed antenna systems were also replaced.
