The Dale consisted of two ground-up, mixed use brick buildings in Downtown Avondale Estates totaling 25,000 square feet and connected and are connected by a second story bridge. In preparation for future tenants, the design included heavy mechanical systems, a complete fire alarm system, provisions for telephone/data service, and panels and equipment in each of the tenant spaces.
